He's taken care of so
many odds and ends around our house!
For us, he has installed a
microwave range, fixed a toilet, re-caulked a shower and our front door,
installed ceiling fans, replaced a ballast on a broken light, installed
flooring transitions, hung mini-blinds & curtain rods, fixed a
kitchen cabinet drawer that broke, caulked cracks in the stucco, and
several other little things. He is coming back later this week to
continue helping with some other stuff and we will probably hire him to
help us with some landscaping as well.
I'm
so happy we found this guy. He does great work, shows up right on time,
gets straight to work & doesn't waste time, is patient, charges a
reasonable/affordable rate that will beat others, deals well with our
dogs when he is working, and gets things done faster than you would
generally expect!
He has been able to save us a lot of money and time (and frustration
trying to figure things out)... He will also explain things to us as he
goes so we know that he knows what he is doing and that he is taking the

I had a fence that needed some 4 x 4 posts replaced, windows that needed repair and a couple other small things I got all
of this done for less than what I would have paid a fence company to
replace the post on my fence. On top of that he even ran to the store to
get the needed supplies.
We had also contracted with another company to paint one of our bedrooms.
They cancelled out on the first date, then I had to call them the day
before they said they were coming. The were only going to paint the wall
and not the closet or trim. They played the 40 question game with me. I
called Mike and he said he could come and do it on Saturday. He painted
the room walls, Closet, trim and door for only a few dollars more than
what the other company wanted for just the walls. Mike is prompt, good
at the details and does what he says he will do.
I don't think you could find another handyman that is as reliable
and affordable as Mike. I have more projects for him to do. MIKE is

Absolutely Wonderful Handyman
What
a huge difference it has been using Michael to do work on my condo
rehab. He has taken a property that was built in the 70's and brought it
up to date. New interior wall paint, Painted all my cabinets kitchen
and bath changed out cab hardware, installed new counter tops, and much more! Thank you Michael for a quality job at a very
